DONATIONS:
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We only accept credit card donations at this time.
Q. Once I donate and get my account, can I share it with someone else ?
A. No; streaming access is only for those who have donated. Please do not share
your account information with anyone else.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. We cannot give refunds for issues with your Internet Service Provider,
dial-up access, or problems with your computer or media player. We advise all users
to test their computers/players prior to donating. If we determine that a sufficient
problem occurred on our end that hindered your ability to view the services, we
may issue you a refund. Please contact us for questions regarding donation refunds.
STREAM AVAILABILITY:
Q. When are streams available for viewing?
A. Live streams are available during the scheduled service times, as noted
on the schedule page. Archives of each service will be available approximately one
hour after the service is concluded. Please note that all times are Central Standard
Time (CST.)
Q. How long are streams viewable after General Conference has ended?
A. Archives will be available for approximately two weeks following the conclusion
of the conference. Your access to these streams will end at that time.
Q. Can I download the streams to my computer?
A. No. Services are available via streaming only and cannot be downloaded.
However, downloadable versions of these services may be available via the Media
Missions Division of the UPCI. Please check with them for availability.
