Buffering Issues
Buffering is the starting and stopping and "buffering" message that may occur in
your media player. Due to the current load on your Internet Service Provider, or
the quality of your phone line/connection, you may still run into buffering at times.
We cannot control this and are not responsible for it. We stream from distributed
networks across the globe. These networks are extremely fast, and reliable so any
issues with buffering is usually on the user's end.
To keep from buffering our video streams, select the right type of stream rate.
You will have access to the stream rates that you pay for plus the stream rates
of all streams below that rate. So, if you are encountering buffering, try a lower
rate stream to see if that rate will work better for you.
As a reminder (specified in the terms and conditions) no refunds will be given for issues with video buffering
on user machines.
