If you are receiving an error code from your Windows Media Player such as "error C00D11D4", please see this page for more information.

Windows Media: If you are running FireFox and the video is being stretched too wide,  install the latest Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin.

If your player isn't working or you receive a popup asking you to install an update:
Our web streams are best viewed using the latest versions of Media Player or Flash Player. You may either choose to install the download (codec) that may popup on your screen when trying to view our streams, or install the latest player. Once you've updated your player, you may need to close your browser and reopen it to view the streams correctly.
