All streams above the default 56kb rate require an online donation for each user. A successful donation creates an online account whereby you may login to get access to the streams at and below the rate you have paid for. Under no circumstances may user accounts be shared with other users; such use constitutes forfeiture of your account and possible prosecution.

No content, whether in text, graphic, audio, or video format may be copied, duplicated, harvested, data-mined or retained using any related technology, under any circumstance.

All access to this site and video streams will be recorded, included logins, attempted logins, and stream usage. In the event we determine it necessary to investigate into the usage of this site by any user, we may do so without the prior consent of the user.

By donating to this site, you have agreed that you have tested your computer and media player with our test streams and that no problems were found that would cause you to not be able to view our streams. We do not refund streaming charges based on problems with user computers, internet access, or media player issues under any circumstances.

Archived video streams will be available for a specified timeframe following the conference, afterwhich they will be removed and no further access to the streams will be available. We reserve the right to remove the archive streams when necessary and to remove access to this site for any user at any time without prior notice.
